Carl John McNamara is an experienced law enforcement and fire service professional with a diverse background in public safety, safety studies, and project management. Since July 2015, Carl has served as a Detective and Police Officer for the Township of Livingston, where responsibilities include field training and dispatch operations. Prior experience includes firefighting roles in the Lincoln Park and Fairfield Volunteer Fire Departments, as well as police positions in Clifton and Essex County. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Marist College, as well as certifications in police and firefighting training. Additionally, Carl has held leadership roles in asset protection and production management in various industries, demonstrating strong operational and management skills.
