Daryl Simpson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President of Townline since March 2024 and Principal at Basecamp Desolation Properties Inc. since January 2022. Daryl has been an Executive Board Member at Equitable Real Estate Investment Corporation since 2009 and has held a position on the Board of Directors for the HECHT FOUNDATION since 2007. Daryl's previous roles include Partner at Magnum Projects from February 2023 to February 2024, and a long tenure at Bosa Properties, where Daryl served as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice-President from 1998 to May 2021.
