Amanda Chard is the current COO at Towner Communications. Prior to their current position, they served as an implementation and training specialist at Towner Systems from January 2015 to December 2015. From March 2003 to December 2014, they were the customer service manager and marketing coordinator at Direct Communications, Inc., where they created and managed marketing campaigns, provided technical assistance and training for communications hardware and software, and managed communications technology implementations for customers. Amanda also maintained and edited the company website and served as network administrator. Prior to that, from July 2001 to March 2003, they were the advertising layout coordinator at Lawrence Journal World, where they worked with pre-press production to create base pages for 16 newspapers per week and coordinated with advertising, production, and news office for ad space layout.

Amanda Chard graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies.

Amanda Chard works with Lori McLaughlin - Enterprise Business Development, Will McFarlin - Director of Managed Services, and Steven Scott - Director of Service. Their manager is Julie Towner, CEO.
