Joseph Pagnotta possesses extensive experience in public safety and security, currently serving as a Public Safety Dispatcher for both the Town of Reading, MA, since December 2006, and the Town of Concord, MA, since August 2021. Additionally, Joseph has held the position of Tactical Dispatcher at NEMLEC since November 2014. Previous roles include serving as a Security Officer at United Security, Inc. from March 2016 to September 2021, as well as a Security Supervisor at Universal Services of America from January 2014 to March 2016 and at IPC International from May 2003 to January 2014, where responsibilities also included serving as Assistant Director of Security. Joseph's earlier experience includes working as a Park Police Patrolman for the City of Medford from June 2004 to August 2012 and as a Security Officer at S.R. Weiner & Associates from August 2002 to May 2003. Joseph is a graduate of Somerville High School, completing studies there from 1998 to 2002.
