Kurtis Pratt is the current Chief Administrative Officer at the Town of Raymond. Kurtis has also held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at the Village of Hill Spring and the Village of Glenwood. Prior to their work in municipal government, Pratt worked as a Sales Representative for Vivint Smart Home.

Kurtis Pratt earned their NACLAA Certificate & CLGM Designation from the University of Alberta in Local Government. Kurtis also has a Certificate in Municipal Management and Leadership (CMML) from the same school in Municipal Government Management & Leadership. Finally, they have a Bachelors of Arts from The University of Lethbridge in Political Science and Government.
