Brian Quill possesses extensive experience in utilities management and operations, currently serving as Utilities Service Manager and previously holding the role of Utility Field Supervisor for the Town of Queen Creek since May 2017. Prior to this, Brian worked as Wastewater Maintenance & Operations Supervisor in Gilbert, Arizona from September 2004 to May 2017. Brian's career also includes significant experience at the City of Scottsdale as Water Production Maintenance Tech III from August 1985 to September 2004 and as a Firefighter/Engineer EMT with Rural/Metro Corporation from May 1986 to April 2004. Education includes ongoing studies at Texas A&M University and multiple programs through UC San Diego Extended Studies from 2016 to 2025, as well as coursework at Paradise Valley Community College.
