Skyler Barton, MPA, possesses a diverse background in municipal management and budget analysis, currently serving as the Assistant to the Town Manager for the Town of Prescott Valley, Arizona. Previous roles include Management and Budget Analyst for the City of Chattanooga, Project Support Manager at DAI Utah, and Management Intern and Deputy Court Clerk with the City of Orem. Skyler Barton earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Utah Valley University and completed a Master of Public Administration at the University of Utah.
