Catherine Buckerfield, MCIP, RPP, serves as a Senior Planner for the Town of Oakville since May 2021, following previous roles as a Land Use Planner at Stikeman Elliott LLP and a Retail Leasing & Development Specialist at MPA Inc. Catherine's experience includes planning and implementing leasing strategies for high-profile clients across North America, as well as contributing to social policy initiatives during an internship with the City of Toronto. An academic background includes a Master of Planning in Urban Development from Ryerson University, a Bachelor of Education from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Laurentian University.
