Gregory Kerr is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in facility management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Specialist for the Town of Needham, MA since October 2020, Gregory previously held the position of Maintenance Team Lead at Delphi Academy of Boston for a brief period in 2020. Prior to that, a significant tenure as a Maintenance Technician at Tenacre spanned nearly two decades from August 2001 to July 2020. Gregory completed a facility management certification at Wentworth Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2016, enhancing expertise in the field.
