Janine Gallagher has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Milton since 2006. Throughout this tenure, Janine has held various roles, including Acting Director, HR Business Partner Services Manager, and HR Business Partner. Prior to joining the Town of Milton, Janine worked at York Fire & Casualty Insurance Company as a Team Leader in Accounting - Cash Management and at TD Meloche Monnex as an Account Analyst. Janine's career began at Canada Life Casualty Insurance Company as an Accounting Service Representative, and educationally, Janine holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, completed between 1995 and 1998.
