Anita Sparre, C.E.T., Fellow OACETT, serves as the Director of Development Engineering for the Town of Milton since July 2021 and takes on a part-time role as a Professor in Land Development & Planning within the Civil Engineering Technology program at Conestoga College, a position held since June 2020. Anita graduated from Conestoga College between 1997 and 2000.
