John Norton currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Kingsville, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, John Norton was the General Manager of Community Development for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent from November 2011 to August 2020, overseeing various services including Planning Services, Building Development Services, Fire and Emergency Services, Legal Services, and Economic Development Services. John Norton also held the title of Chief Legal Officer during this time. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree obtained from Western University between 2002 and 2005, as well as completion of studies at McNally High School in Edmonton, Alberta from 1987 to 1989.
