Ashley Wilson is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Jupiter since March 2023. Previously, Ashley held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon, where management of a 13-person team overseeing operations at six warehouses was essential, along with developing data-driven strategies to enhance employee performance and retention. Additional experience includes roles such as Human Resources Manager at Advantus Corp., District Manager at Public Storage, and various HR positions within the US Army, where Ashley managed teams and HR initiatives that improved personnel readiness. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.
