Randy Harrington possesses extensive experience in municipal management and finance, currently serving as Town Manager for the Town of Holly Springs. Previously, Randy held multiple leadership roles in the City of Charlotte, including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Management & Financial Services, Budget & Evaluation Director, and Interim Finance Director. Additional experience includes working as Budget & Performance Manager and Budget & Management Analyst for the City of Concord, NC. Randy began a professional career as a Presidential Management Intern with the U.S. Department of Transportation, which is now recognized as the Presidential Management Fellow Program.
