LeVarr Leary has over 18 years of experience in water utility management and construction inspection. Currently serving as a Construction Inspector and Distribution Operator I for the Town of Flower Mound since March 2017, LeVarr Leary's responsibilities include maintaining potable water quality, ensuring adequate flow, and inspecting water system installations for regulatory compliance. Previously, from October 2005 to February 2017, LeVarr Leary held multiple roles at the City of Carthage, including Warehouse Manager, where inventory control and supply management were key tasks, and various positions in the water and sewer maintenance crew, focusing on installation and repair work. LeVarr Leary is a graduate of Carthage High School, class of 2003.
