Tessa Smith is a horticulturist with experience working at the Town of East Gwillimbury and the Niagara Parks Commission. Tessa previously held the title of gardener at Niagara Parks Commission before transitioning to their current role. Tessa Smith graduated from the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture with a diploma/4 yr degree recognition in Applied Horticulture and Horticultural Business Services in 2007.
