Frank Mazzotta is an experienced manager in parks development and operations, currently holding the position of Manager of Parks Development and Operations at the Town of East Gwillimbury since June 2014. In this role, Frank effectively manages all aspects related to new park development, including trails and streetscape projects, as well as overseeing parks operations such as forestry, horticulture, infrastructure, and turf maintenance. Prior to this, Frank served as the Forestry, Horticulture, and Infrastructure Supervisor at the Town of Georgina from June 2012 to June 2014, focusing on the supervision of forestry and park infrastructure operations. Frank's career began as a Landscape Architect at the Town of Whitby, where responsibilities included overseeing park and open space development from January 2000 to June 2012. Frank holds a Project Management Certificate from Ryerson University and a Diploma of Landscape Architecture, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration at Western University.
