Andrea Clemmer is an experienced Human Resources professional with a distinguished career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Cornelius since November 2021, Andrea previously held the same role at Davidson Water, Inc. from October 2019 to November 2021. Andrea’s career began at Davidson County Government, where roles included Benefits Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from July 2010 to April 2018. Prior to these positions, Andrea worked as a Benefits Administrator at UNC School of the Arts from April 2018 to October 2019. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration attained from Appalachian State University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education earned from the same institution in 1998. Additionally, Andrea holds the SHRM-CP certification.
