Michael T. Voity is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in managing and upgrading complex network infrastructures. Currently serving at the University of Vermont since 2012, responsibilities include maintaining network connections across campus buildings and implementing advanced technologies such as MPLS and Cisco firewall configurations. Additionally, Michael holds roles as an Urban Search & Rescue Technician for the State of Vermont and a Rescue Technician for the Town of Colchester, where expertise in various rescue disciplines is utilized. Prior positions include network roles at TelJet Longhaul LLC and Burlington Telecom, where skills in network design, installation, and customer support were further developed. Michael has a foundational education in Criminal Justice from Champlain College.
