Luan Le, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner for the Town of Cochrane, Alberta, since November 2020, contributing to the delivery of innovative services and programs aligned with Council priorities. Prior to this role, Luan held the position of HR Client Partner at Athabasca University, focusing on improving access to higher education for adult learners. Luan also gained experience at the City of Calgary as an HR Business Partner and HR Leader, alongside previous roles as a Labour Relations Advisor at G4S Secure Solutions and British Columbia Rapid Transit Company. Early career positions include Human Resources roles at Trader Corporation, InterWrap Inc., and Canadian Tire, in addition to serving as an Instructor at Ashton College. Luan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lakehead University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Canadore College.
