Russell Flint has over 17 years of law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Lieutenant in the Investigative Services Division for the Town of Clayton since 2006. Prior to this role, Russell Flint was a Police Officer at the Kinston Department of Public Safety from December 2000 to February 2006.
