Sheila Joyce is a Project Engineer for the Town of Chelmsford since March 2023, with extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management. Previously, Sheila held the role of Water Engineer at Arcadis, where responsibilities included stormwater investigations and compliance reporting. Additionally, Sheila has been a certified coach for GATORS Volleyball Club since July 2015, successfully managing practice plans for groups of up to 20 athletes. Prior roles included Assistant Manager at Olympia Sports and multiple technical internships at Arcadis. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning & Policy at Tufts University.
