Caroline Dwyer, AICP, currently serves as the Transit Planning Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Renaissance Planning Group from January 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Project Manager and Senior Planner. Experience also includes a position as Research Specialist at the UNC Coastal Hazards Center, focusing on developing indicators for community recovery post-disaster, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UNC Institute for the Environment, concentrating on local hazard mitigation plans. Earlier career roles include Office Manager at Precision Excavating & Drainage Corp. and Owner/Vice-President at Hampton's Title Agency, Inc. Caroline holds a Master of City & Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design, Policy & Planning from Stony Brook University.
