Shawn Pabst has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Assistant Town Manager and Capital Projects and Field Operations Director for the Town of Brownsburg since May 2012. In this role, Shawn oversees the Water Utilities, Parks, Street, and Fleet Departments, leads all capital projects, and collaborates with the Town Manager on overall operations. Previously, Shawn held positions including Capital Project Manager and Building Services Coordinator, providing management expertise in civil engineering projects and directing building inquiries. Early career experience includes serving as a Wastewater Field Supervisor and Technical Specialist/Project Manager at Clay Township Regional Waste District, where responsibilities encompassed sewer inspections, maintenance, and project management. Education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
