Josue Belacy has served as a 911 Emergency Telecommunications Dispatcher for the Town of Arlington, MA since August 2017, effectively managing emergency communications by operating advanced telecommunication systems in compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations. Josue possesses a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Salem State University. Additionally, Josue completed a coding bootcamp at Nucamp from November 2021 to April 2022.
