Mariana Aguirre is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both the nutrition and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist from February 2016 to 2019 at a private practice and a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana combines expertise in health and education. Mariana completed a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies at Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
