Mano Kurien is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Tower Research Capital, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Mano was on garden leave due to a non-compete agreement after serving as Head of Business Development at Graviton Research Capital LLP from November 2017 to June 2023. Mano's experience at Tower Research Capital includes an earlier role from June 2014 to April 2017. Notable prior positions also include a tenure at Amazon from April 2012 to May 2014 and founding Crest Management Consultants in April 2005, where Mano served as Principal Consultant until April 2012.
