Jonathan Hendin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Cardozo School of Law since January 2020. Jonathan has extensive expertise in telecommunications transactions as Senior Counsel for Tower Research Capital, advising on global trading strategies. Previously, Jonathan held roles as a Corporate Attorney at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP, where responsibilities included negotiating commercial contracts, and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Borland Software Corporation, focusing on technology licensing. Early career positions included associate roles at Phillips Nizer LLP, Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman LLP, and Rogers & Wells, emphasizing licensing, venture capital, and technology contract negotiations. Jonathan holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. with Honors in Political Science and Photography from the University of California, Riverside, with additional studies at Columbia University and Università degli Studi di Padova.
