Guillaume Bertin is an accomplished engineering manager currently at Tower Research Capital since September 2019. Previously, Guillaume served as a delivery manager at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included enhancing agile practices and DevOps, and overseeing product convergence with wealth management. At SGCIB, Guillaume progressed from head of development, transforming the Montreal Solutions Center into a center of excellence, to managing client and trading technologies development teams. Early career experience includes serving as deputy head of the development team at SGCIB and as a tech specialist at Capgemini Telecom, working on notable integration projects for various telecom clients. Guillaume holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
