Alex Mercer has significant experience in talent acquisition and consulting within the quantitative trading sector. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition professional in Quant Trading at Tower Research Capital since October 2021, Alex previously worked as a Consultant at Jove International Limited, specializing in global recruitment across various quant roles and technical support functions from September 2017 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Design Engineer at Team Bath Racing from January 2016 to August 2017. Alex holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with Automotive from the University of Bath, completed in 2017, and attended Methodist College Belfast from 2006 to 2013.
