David Olener, Esq., CIPP/US, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in e-discovery, data privacy, compliance, and corporate law. Currently serving as Project Manager at Tower Legal Solutions and Attorney and Consultant at their own firm, Olener has previously held key positions including Associate Director at QuisLex and eDiscovery Attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP. Olener's legal expertise encompasses drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, as well as overseeing eDiscovery processes in complex litigation and data breach scenarios. With a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and additional degrees from Columbia University and Franklin & Marshall College, Olener brings a strong educational foundation to their diverse roles across various legal and corporate environments.
