Matt Ward is a Vice President at TEP and is the Division Manager of fiber construction department. He joined TEP in 2018 with the acquisition of Utilis Engineering. He co-founded Utilis with Seth Harrelson after graduating UNC Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
