Luthfiyani's work experience includes a role in the Network Planning and Engineering Department at Tower Bersama Group starting in January 2023. Prior to this, Luthfiyani served as a Maintenance Engineer with PT PLN (Persero) as an intern from October 2020 to December 2020, working at the Batang Agam Hydro Power Plant in Indonesia.

Luthfiyani completed their education from 2017 to 2021 at Politeknik Negeri Padang, where they obtained an Applied Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they attended Pondok Pesantren Modren Diniyyah Pasia and pursued studies in Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Biologi (Natural Sciences and Biology).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Luthfiyani also obtained a certification in "Operation and Maintenance of Electronics Automation System in Industry" from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in November 2020.
