Bertrand Gillard is currently the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Touring since December 2023. Prior to this role, Bertrand served as the Head of Central Front Office Life & Mortgages - Broker Channel at AG Insurance from June 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading broker life insurance transformation and developing strategic plans for the broker channel. Bertrand also held the position of Senior Manager at Monitor Deloitte from September 2014 to May 2018, focusing on strategy consulting in financial services, including innovative market concept definitions and customer experience optimizations. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Accenture, where business and IT transformation were key focus areas, and a position at AXA focused on process optimization. Bertrand holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and completed an Erasmus program at Maastricht School of Management.
