Emily Monson, LSW, possesses extensive experience in mental health and program management. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator and Case Manager at Touchstone Mental Health since August 2018, Emily manages a caseload of 35-45 adult clients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, ensuring comprehensive support for their health needs and maintaining accurate documentation. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure as the Senior Manager of Programs and Impact at THE EMILY PROGRAM FOUNDATION, where Emily led program development, implementation, and evaluation to combat eating disorders. Earlier roles include Outreach and Program Manager and Community Educator at the Foundation, as well as Youth and Family Counselor at The Bridge for Youth and Family Advocate at MOVING FAMILIES FORWARD. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from St. Catherine University.
