Nikita Ambekar is a Public Health Nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare roles. Currently employed at the City of Toronto since January 2018, Nikita functions as a Public Health Nurse for the Healthy Babies Healthy Children program, while also serving as a lead for the COVID-19 Hotline, providing vital health advice and managing client interactions. Additionally, Nikita works as a Registered Nurse Examiner at Touchstone Institute, assessing the competencies of internationally educated nurses. Academic contributions include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Toronto Metropolitan University for courses in Nursing Research and Maternal and Infant Health.
