Delphin MIZERO has a diverse background in operations management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations and Operations Manager at TouchPoint Support Services since October 2018, Delphin oversees patient observation and transportation programs, including responsibilities as a Patient Flow Coordinator. Prior to this role, Delphin co-founded the Youth Development Company (YDC) in Burundi, where responsibilities included project management, budget planning, and market analysis from December 2016 to October 2018. Delphin's career also includes a position as Customer Care Coordinator at Ebenezer Vegan Company, focusing on customer satisfaction and brand promotion for a brief period in 2016. Delphin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bujumbura International University, completed in 2019.
