Ben Hayward has a diverse work experience in the digital media industry. Ben started their career as an Editorial Manager at UNILAD Group in January 2019. Ben then went on to become a Content Manager at OneVoice Digital in March 2020. After that, they served as an Editorial Video Manager at UNILAD Group from April 2018 to December 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Content & Social Lead at OneVoice Digital since February 2023.

Ben Hayward attended The University of Manchester from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA(Hons) degree in Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Diploma de Estudios Hispanicos from Universitat de Barcelona in August 2005. In September 2014, they also obtained a Diploma in Journalism from the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ).
