Under Carlos L.'s leadership, Totogi offers innovative products such as the Totogi Charging System and Totogi BSS, aimed at enhancing customer engagement for communication service providers. Prior to this role, Carlos L. held the position of Head of Customer Acquisition for the Americas at TelcoDR and served as the Director of Business Development at SYKES Digital Services from 2012 to 2019.
