Jess Moran, P.E. is a Vice President and Professional Engineer at Toth and Associates, Inc. with experience as an Electrical Engineer. Prior to this, Moran worked at Garmin International as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer. Moran also completed internships at both Toth and Associates, Inc. and Garmin International.
