Nicole Lyons currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Totara Learning, a position held since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Business Partner (People & Culture) at Inland Revenue NZ from October 2019 to April 2020, and multiple HR leadership positions at McCann Worldgroup between April 2011 and August 2019, where roles included Talent Technology Director and HR Manager for the EMEA region. Additional experience encompasses an HR Business Partner position at AOL and HR Manager roles at Dow Jones and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Nicole Lyons holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with double majors in HR Management and Organisational Development from Massey University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
