Ed Shea has over 24 years of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at TotalSDS (GSM) since September 2021, Ed has previously held the position of Senior Software Developer at AgileThought from March 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Ed spent eight years at Masonite International, where roles included Application Development Manager, Lead Developer, and Web Developer. Ed began a career in software development at Lincoln Financial Group as a Software Developer from March 1999 to July 2000 and worked as a Web Engineer at Arthur Rutenberg Homes from July 2000 to March 2010. Ed holds an educational background from Manchester Community College from 1993 to 1995.
