Nina Mollart has extensive work experience, starting in 2003 as a Projects Officer at One NorthEast and as a Project Manager at Northumbria University. Nina then worked as an EMEAA Training & Consultancy Manager at Scientia.Ltd from 2012 to 2016. After that, they joined HC-One as the Head of High Impact Projects, where they led a team and delivered various business change projects. In 2019, they worked as a Banner Project Manager at the University of the West of Scotland, focusing on upgrading systems and supporting transformational change. Nina also served as a Project Management Consultant at Transform Projects and Programmes, providing expertise to various organizations. Currently, they are working as the Head of Group PMO at Totally Plc, leading the PMO function and providing structure and governance frameworks for projects across different areas.

Nina Mollart obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management, Strategic Leadership, Planning Methodologies, Partnership & Collaboration from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including the Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes v6.1, BCS Practitioner Certificate in Requirements Engineering, Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, Foundation Certificate in Business Change, MSP® Foundation, Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner, Agile Project Management Practitioner, ITIL V3, and PRINCE 2 Practitioner. These certifications were obtained between the years 2011 to 2023 from institutions such as BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, AXELOS Global Best Practice, PeopleCert, and the Association for Project Management.
