Larry Meissner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various industries. Larry served as the VP of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Mountain View Child Care, Inc., where they focused on enriching the health and quality of life for children with medical and developmental needs. Prior to that, they held the position of Minister at North E Street Church of Christ for 25 years. At Mountain View Child Care, Inc., they also served as the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Services. Larry Meissner also worked as a Credentialing Specialist at Geriatrix, a managed care company. Larry has experience in database design and report preparation as a Project Administrator at The Gorham Company. Larry Meissner has also served as the Principal & Teacher at Panorama Christian School and as the Director of Communications at Dire, a non-profit senior healthcare organization. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR administration, benefits program development, communication, and database management.

Larry Meissner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has an extensive education history. Larry obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Bible and English from Harding University, where they studied from 1978 to 1980. Prior to that, they earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Bible and English from York College, attending from 1975 to 1978.

Before pursuing higher education, Larry Meissner attended East Union High School, where they completed their high school education. It is unknown when they started and ended their time at this school.

In addition to their academic achievements, Larry Meissner has obtained two important certifications in the field of Human Resources. In January 2010, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in March 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
