Thibault FLICHY is an experienced executive at TotalEnergies, currently serving as Managing Director for TotalEnergies Kenya and Director of the On-Electricity Start-up Accelerator at STATION F, which supports innovative digital solutions in the electricity sector. FLICHY has held several significant roles including Vice President of Mobility, where responsibilities included new mobility strategy and board participation, as well as Vice President of Africa Retail Network, overseeing a network of 5,000 service stations across 50 countries. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer for TotalEnergies in both Senegal and Burkina Faso, where FLICHY also held various board memberships and advisory roles. Academic qualifications include Master's degrees from NEOMA Business School and Universidad La Salle, along with a strong foundation from military preparatory institutions. Early career experiences include marketing roles at L'Oréal Mexico and a reserve officer position in the French Armed Forces.
