Cezar Ursan is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Applications at TotalEnergies Global IT Services Romania since July 2023. With extensive experience in project management and delivery, Cezar has held significant roles such as Design Thinking Instructor at Telecom Academy România and Associate IT Projects, Programs & Delivery Manager in a self-employed capacity, overseeing projects for clients including Tata Consulting Services France and P&G Global Business Solutions.
