Michael Metz currently serves as the Managed Services Supervisor at TotalCare IT, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at Harvey Performance Company, including Network Administrator and System Administrator, from October 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Agent with Eliassen Group and a Tier 1 Service Desk Agent with Perspecta, where responsibilities involved providing technical assistance and troubleshooting. Michael is also a veteran of the US Army, where, as a Master Instructor, the focus was on planning and coordinating training for a large unit. Additionally, Michael worked as a Recruiter in the Army from September 2003 to August 2017. Michael possesses an Associate's degree in Network Administration from Hopkinsville Community College, earned between 2018 and 2021.
