Mike Flickinger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the staffing industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Total Staffing Solutions Inc since June 2021, Mike has held multiple managerial positions, including Area Manager at Integrity Staffing Solutions, General Manager at Shiftgig, and District Director at Staffmark. Previous roles also include Managing Director at Advanced Resources and Area Vice President at Randstad Work Solutions. Mike began their career in management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager and transitioned to the staffing sector after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Loras College.
