Dawn Harms is a seasoned Sr Maximo Consultant at Total Resource Management since June 1999, specializing in providing nationwide support for organizations seeking business solutions through MAXIMO enterprise implementations. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Sales Engineer at IBM from February 2007 to July 2008, where Dawn utilized MAXIMO expertise to pre-sell software and deliver technical demonstrations. Earlier experience as a DNA Analyst at The Bode Technology Group from June 1995 to June 1999 involved analyzing DNA samples. Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Criminalistic Forensic Science from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Longwood University.
