Marcelo Sanmartin has been working in the software development industry since 2011. Marcelo began their career at Microsoft as a QA Automation Engineer, a role they held for five years. In 2016, they moved to Salesforce as a Senior Lead Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for webdriverIO, Nodejs, Javascript, Java, R, Git, Selenium, Mocha, Chia, Allure, HTML, CSS, and Cypress automation development. In 2021, Marcelo joined Total Performance Consulting as a Senior SDET/SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) SDT, and also began working at PayPal as an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test).

Marcelo Sanmartin is currently pursuing a Biotechnology engineering degree at Universidad ORT Uruguay, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2024.
